Descripcion
TeamTax is the combination of two things: XBRL and [Bugzilla].
The product is able to load taxonomies and show taxonomy content on the web. Users can easily review the presentation and calculation trees, how XBRL concepts are related to each other and how they fit into the whole reporting structure.
As Bugzilla is a platform to handle reporting of software bugs and processing of those bugs, users can provide comments to the level of each concept definition. Comments enters into a workflow defined in Bugzilla so it can be approved by an administrator and finally implemented in the new taxonomy release.
TeamTax can load a new taxonomy version and incorporate then the latest changes.
The integration of those two tools has served in order to avoid reinventing the wheel and optimize efficiency in the XBRL Taxonomy creation process.
