This is a common dialog used in multiple applications created by Reporting Standard S.L.
What is a DTS?
A DTS is a Discoverable Taxonomy Set.
The idea is that an XBRL Report, XBRL Taxonomy or XBRL Linkbase points to other XBRL Taxonomy or XBRL Linkbase files (recursively) and the complete set of files required to fully understand the XBRL Report is called a DTS.
All files in a DTS makes an XBRL Report meaningful.
The DTS concept is defined in the XBRL 2.1 specification.

Add Cat...
This button is used in order to load files from the XBRL Catalog.

This button allows the user to load a local file form the file system. Loading a local file or a set of files from the file system is also supported by doing drag & drop from the windows explorer to the big white box in the Compose DTS dialog.

This button allows the user to indicate external files with the http: or ftp: protocols.
